If I could give Ryan 20 stars I would.
My fiancé scheduled a session with Ryan at our home, to take pictures of our beloved dog who was losing her battle to cancer. He was not only incredibly professional, but remarkably kind. It was unavoidably apparent the moment we met him he was super genuine and during such an incredibly difficult time, the kindness was so appreciated. We received our pictures surprisingly quickly and they were stunning to say the least. Ryan was able to capture our precious Frankie in so many perfect shots.
I felt the price was incredibly fair, now that we've worked with him before I would even pay more to be completely honest. His professionalism was so above and beyond, that on top of his genuine kindness, and spectacular work made this whole experience amazing.
When we lagged on picking out the pictures we wanted edited, because we were distracted with making preparations and then saying goodbye to Frankie, he picked some for us. Not only that but he even went so far as to send a handwritten sympathy card with his condolences after he learned of her passing. Receiving that in the mail today nearly brought me to tears I was so touched by it.

 Excellent! Ryan was wonderful to work with - his photos were beautiful, he was responsive and a great communicator, and he was professional and pleasant. He made our family photo session memorable and special. Also, his turn around time for the photos was faster than promised - 1 day! I got pictures taken of my kitties this week. Ryan was really communicative and responsive when it came to planning the photoshoot, which I appreciated. He came to my apartment to take the pictures, which was great as I knew the cats would be most comfortable posing in their own environment. He was incredibly patient with who were not the most cooperative subjects and took a ton of pictures to make sure we'd have some good ones. The turnaround time for the pictures, both edited and unedited, was super fast, less than 48 hours. Overall it was a great experience and I am so happy with the results! – Fairlie R.
